Tom is a seasoned technology veteran, with over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles and eight technology startups. Mr. Beckerman is currently focused on the strategic development of new high growth technology platforms and services for digital identity, payments and digital transformation.

Prior to founding Prodigy Ventures, Mr. Beckerman played instrumental roles in the development and success of seven other technology, marketing services, financial information and medical device companies. He has created unique technologies and worked with Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Beckerman holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a patent in secure communications technology. Tom is also an Ironman triathlete with a strong interest in health and fitness technologies.

ROBERT MACLEAN

Director

Rob Maclean has served as CEO of Points since co-founding the company in February 2000. His vision has pioneered and delivered a suite of innovative technology solutions, earning a growing number of partnerships with the world’s leading loyalty programs. Under Rob’s leadership, Points has grown from a start-up to become a globally recognized leader: publicly traded on the NASDAQ and TSX, has attracted partners with a combined member base of over 500 million members worldwide, and operates a suite of eCommerce products and services that have transacted more than 88 billion loyalty program points and miles to-date.

Prior to founding Points, Rob recorded an impressive list of leadership roles and achievements with 12 years in the airline and loyalty industry. As Vice President, Sales with Canadian Airlines, Rob led a team of over 250 employees throughout North America, delivering over $2 billion in annual revenue, and was responsible for the airline’s award-winning Canadian Plus loyalty program. Rob has also served as a senior representative on the Oneworld Alliance’s Customer Loyalty Steering Committee.

STEPHEN MOORE

Director

Stephen Moore has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry. He was a Vice President for Burns Fry Ltd., Lancaster Financial Inc. and TD Securities, where he held a number of functional responsibilities including research, sales and trading, and corporate finance. He was a founder and Managing Director of Kensington Capital Partners, a firm specializing in private equity advisory services. He serves as a director of CI Financial Corp. and is a trustee of the Advantaged Preferred Share Trust. Mr. Moore has a B.A. (Economics) and an MBA from Queens University.

She has more than 25 years of digital transformation experience for the world’s leading companies. As a bold leader and entrepreneur, she has built companies from the ground up leveraging exponential technologies and disruptive business models.

Gayemarie is sought-after globally to speak on various subjects such as exponential technologies, digital disruption and artificial intelligence explaining the impact on our governments, businesses and what we need to do now to prepare for the change ahead. He brings to Prodigy over 30 years of global experience in technology, sales, marketing, business development, and corporate development. This spans large enterprises such as SAP, Xerox and 3Com, running business lines of $500M+, and start-ups such as Quack.com (acquired by AOL). Jeff’s ability to focus execution, lead by example, and capitalize on market opportunities is well recognized.  Since joining Prodigy in 2016, his responsibilities have continuously grown with the success of the business. Jeff also serves on several boards in various capacities. In these capacities, he has contributed to several successful exits, including Locationary (acquired by Apple Corp., 2014), Elliptic Technologies (acquired by Synopys Inc., 2015) and Outside Intelligence Inc. (acquired by Exiger 2017).

ANDREW HILTON

CFO and Corporate Secretary

Andrew Hilton has provided CFO and corporate secretarial services for a number of public and private companies since 2005 including his role as Chief Financial Officer of Fountain Asset Corp. (TSXV: FA) from 2010 – 2012. Mr. Hilton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours BA in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Natalie Mohammed is an experienced Human Resources leader with an impressive history of success in the information technology and services industry. She is one of the next generation of great leaders and innovators in Human Resources.
